Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carl Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Light (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Light has chosen Ride for This-Fabolous as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Light works the jab nicely.
It looks like Carl Burns has been cut.
Light throws a hook but Burns blocks it.
Burns looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The fighters circle momentarily. Burns darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Burns slaps away a takedown attempt from Light, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Burns shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Light manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Light is looking for a triangle but Burns pushes his legs off easily.

Burns distracts Light with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Burns slips nicely into half guard.

Light has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Burns can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Light is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Our winner, Bobby Light, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
