Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Danny Solo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Boughner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boughner has chosen mother as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boughner scores with a punch to the head.

It looks like Danny Solo has been cut.
Boughner fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Boughner looks for a takedown but Solo sprawls well.
Solo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Boughner is fending him off so far but Solo persists. Nope, Boughner circles away and we're back to standing.
Solo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Boughner as he jumps to the side.
Boughner fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Solo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Boughner scores with a punch to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Solo with a poor takedown

and Boughner counters with a shoot takedown. Solo fights it but they end up in guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Danny Solo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Boughner slips nicely into half guard.
Boughner frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Boughner has hold of Solo's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Solo manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Boughner is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Solo is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Solo flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Boughner anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Solo and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Boughner slips an arm under Solo chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Boughner has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Boughner is squeezing on Solo like an anaconda would it's prey. Solo fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Bob Boughner!
A relieved looking Bob Boughner thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
