Johnson with a lazy takedown attempt
and Montoya counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Montoya.
Johnson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ace Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnson connects with the punch.
Johnson closes the distance and clinches up with Montoya, looking for a takedown. Johnson pushes Montoya against the cage but Montoya circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nice body punch from Johnson.
Johnson closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Montoya! Johnson dives in looking to finish! Montoya is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
