Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Stroker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Winters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bob Stroker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Winters!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winters avoids the body shot from Stroker.
Winters has a takedown stuffed.
Winters displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Stroker throws out the jab.
The fight stays on the outside here - Winters looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Winters shoots in for a takedown but Stroker shows good takedown defense.
Stroker listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.


It looks like John Winters has been cut.
Horrible takedown by Winters or perhaps it was just good defense by Stroker which made him look bad.
Bob Stroker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Winters.
Winters misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Stroker misses with a head kick.
Stroker fails in his attempt to clinch.

Winters closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Winters looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Stroker is avoiding damage well.
Winters throws an elbow but Stroker slips to the side and avoids it well.
Stroker gets back to half guard.
Winters throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Winters missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Stroker holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.

Stroker kicks off Winters and gets to his feet.

Winters gets a takedown into half guard.
Winters wants to pass the guard but Stroker is defending well.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Stroker manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Nice body punch from Stroker.
Winters looks gassed!
Winters takes a jab right on the kisser.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stroker lands with a thumping leg kick.
Winters steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Stroker. That one must have hurt.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Stroker - that will leave a mark!
Stroker lands a nice looking body kick.

Stroker has Winters up against the cage in a clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Stroker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Stroker getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

Stroker moves into the clinch successfully.

Stroker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Stroker clinches up with Winters and pushes him back against the cage.
Stroker manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Stroker lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Stroker breaks the clinch.
Bob Stroker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Stroker closes the distance and clinches.

Stroker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Winters throws a head kick that misses
and Stroker counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Stroker closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Winters is working for takedown but Stroker is calmly controlling the position for now.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Stroker connects with a knee to the head.
Stroker scores with a knee to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Stroker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Good leg kick by Stroker there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Stroker connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Stroker forces Winters back against the cage and clinches.
Stroker lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Stroker breaks the clinch.
Stroker takes a swing at Winters's ribcage but misses.
Stroker scores with a kick to the body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Winters tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Stroker wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Stroker scores with a sloppy right hand. Winters should have avoided that one.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bob Stroker dominated that round.
The cut man is working on John Winters's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.



Stroker gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Stroker's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Stroker duly obliges.

Stroker closes the distance and clinches.

Stroker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bob Stroker is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Stroker moves into range and clinches up with Winters.

Stroker breaks the clinch.
Stroker stuns Winters with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Winters on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Stroker. Stroker obviously looking to wear him down.
Winters is breathing heavily.
Stroker lands a big head kick that sends Winters to the canvas! Stroker follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bob Stroker!
