Sigit scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Sigit has hold of Fadimudo's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Fadimudo tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Sigit cranks the arm and Fadimudo screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Fadimudo, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). The Sigit!
The Sigit got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
