The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hyldahl dives in for a single leg takedown but Po sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Hyldahl swings wildly with an uppercut but Po uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hyldahl tries to pull guard but Po won't allow it.
Hyldahl has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Po after a bit of a struggle.
Lazarus Po has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tiano Hyldahl.

Hyldahl throws a body kick that misses
and Po counters with a leg kick.
Hyldahl shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Po defends it nicely.
Hyldahl has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Po throws a good cross that connects.

Po scores with a head kick. Hyldahl tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
