Mcknight gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Goronov to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Mcknight pushes Goronov away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Goronov gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Goronov stands up and beckons Mcknight to his feet.

Goronov feints and as Mcknight raises his hands in defense, Goronov changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Goronov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Goronov wants to control from the top but Mcknight keeps moving.

Mcknight will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Goronov fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Mcknight to the ground. Goronov is now in Mcknight's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Antoine Mcknight seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Goronov tries to bum rush Mcknight with a series of wild strikes but Mcknight uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Goronov's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Goronov duly obliges.

Mcknight shoots for a double leg takedown but Goronov sprawls well. He's pushed Mcknight's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Oh Mcknight is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Goronov shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Mcknight takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Goronov sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Mcknight bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
