Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Junior Borg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aoki Yoshidas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Borg might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Don't Borg Out. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Aoki Yoshidas enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, Junior Borg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Aoki Yoshidas!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoshidas comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Yoshidas misses with a jab to the body
and Borg moves into the clinch.
Borg keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Yoshidas's efforts to push away.
Borg lands with a short head shot on the inside.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Yoshidas tries to work over Borg's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Borg struggles to land a body shot inside as Yoshidas controls his hands.
Borg tries to land knees in the clinch but Yoshidas avoids the damage to the body.
Yoshidas tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Borg just stands there and leans against the cage.
Borg lands an elbow just above Yoshidas 's eye.
Yoshidas decides to pull guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yoshidas is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Borg defends well.
Borg stays in close to Yoshidas's body and controls the position.
Yoshidas tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Borg controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Junior Borg.
Yoshidas on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Yoshidas throws a hook but Borg avoids it easily.
Yoshidas changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Borg tries to avoid it but Yoshidas manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Borg to the ground. Borg escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Nice straight punches there by Borg. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Borg.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Yoshidas closes this distance looking for a takedown but Borg circles away.
Junior Borg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aoki Yoshidas.

Yoshidas shoots in looking for a takedown. Borg tries to sprawl out of it but Yoshidas keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Borg manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Yoshidas throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Yoshidas just misses with a punch to the body.
Borg steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Yoshidas.
Borg throws a looping overhand right but Yoshidas ducks down to avoid it.
Borg takes a swing at Yoshidas's ribcage but misses.

and Borg makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Yoshidas shoots in and drives through. Borg sprawls well.

Yoshidas tries to keep at a distance but Borg has taken the fight into the clinch.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Yoshidas wants to sweep here but Borg controlling him for the moment.

A close round but Aoki Yoshidas will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Borg throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Yoshidas stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Borg seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Aoki Yoshidas showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well, if Borg is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Junior Borg has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Yoshidas tried to score with a low kick but Borg checks it.
Yoshidas throws a series of punches but Borg moves out of range.
