Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Trent Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Olexandr Khomenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison swings for the body but Khomenko moves out of range.

Morrison isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Khomenko stacks Morrison on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Khomenko!

Morrison has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Khomenko is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Morrison.

Morrison throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Khomenko's waist but Khomenko gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Morrison off to one side.

It looks like Trent Morrison has been cut.

Khomenko cracks Morrison's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Morrison slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Khomenko can do further damage! This one is done, son!
