And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Diego Carzola!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Seu Braga and Paulo Santos.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Willis throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Willis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Carzola moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Carzola looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
A punch combination from Carzola misses.
Willis is looking to clinch.
Carzola misses with a few strikes there.
Willis's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Willis duly obliges.


It looks like Diego Carzola has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Willis fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Carzola checks it well.
Willis misses with a few strikes there.
Willis throws a one two combo.
Carzola scores with a spinning back kick!
Willis throws a leg kick but Carzola sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Willis throws a predictable looking body shot
and Carzola counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Willis throws a series of punches but Carzola avoids them all with ease.
Carzola tests Willis's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Willis closes the distance but Carzola moves to the side
and Carzola finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Willis is breathing heavily.
Carzola falls off balance throwing a combination
and Carzola takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Carzola throws out a powerful jab.
A decent looking cross lands there for Carzola.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Carzola throws a nice looking combination but Willis bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Carzola keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Carzola bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Willis walks forward, straight into a front kick from Carzola.
Carzola misses with a series of wild punches.
Carzola looks to land a combination. Willis sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Carzola throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Carzola pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sloppy strikes from Carzola. Those never looked like landing.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Carzola lands with a nice body kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Carzola throws a right hand that Willis ducks under and follows up with a left that Willis also avoids with ease.

Carzola moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Nice straight punches there by Carzola. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Carzola.

and Carzola counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Carzola goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Carzola connects with a right hand. Willis shakes it off.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Carzola fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Carzola lands a body shot.
Carzola lands a right and a left and another right! Willis goes down! Oh, he's in big, big trouble! 3,4,5,6,7,8... he's up to one knee... 9,10! He can't beat the count - this one is all over!
