Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tim Douglas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raimo Ronne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Tim Douglas has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tim Douglas seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ronne is trying hard to land a takedown here. Douglas sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
No luck for Ronne with that takedown attempt.
Ronne gets a double leg takedown into Douglas's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ronne has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Douglas is proving hard to escape from.
Douglas looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Ronne controls from within his opponent's guard.
Ronne must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Douglas can't keep his opponent in guard - Ronne advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Douglas is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ronne's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ronne's back!
Douglas is looking for the choke from the back position but Ronne is controlling his hands well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Douglas is working for a rear naked choke. Ronne is not defending it well and Douglas has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Ronne refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Ronne's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Tim Douglas!
