Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brendon Aberdeen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nich DiM (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nich DiM!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A leg kick checked by Aberdeen.
DiM throws a sloppy head kick and Aberdeen moves out of range easily.
Aberdeen looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
DiM throws a head kick that misses.
DiM tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Aberdeen swats away the attempt to clinch by DiM.
DiM lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Aberdeen at a distance.
DiM misses with an attempted mid kick.
DiM looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
DiM leaves Aberdeen with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
DiM throws a chopping leg kick but Aberdeen manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
DiM takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Aberdeen shoots in but DiM avoids the takedown attempt easily.
DiM lands a leg kick that knocks Aberdeen off balance momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
DiM misses with a body kick.
DiM misses with a low kick.
Aberdeen tries to sprawl but DiM drives through with a takedown into half guard.
DiM moves into full mount! Aberdeen won't be happy about that!
Aberdeen is looking to improve his position but DiM isn't that keen on the idea.
DiM looking to finish Aberdeen with some ground and pound. This is bad for Aberdeen!
Aberdeen really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
DiM wants to control the pace but Aberdeen is squirming around nicely.
DiM controlling the position easily from mount.
DiM looking to control but Aberdeen is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
DiM putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Aberdeen is trying desperately to improve position.
Aberdeen is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
DiM takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
DiM lands a nice shot to the head.
Aberdeen tries to hold on but DiM pushes him away.
DiM scores with a couple of good head shots there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Aberdeen is in a horrible position here. DiM smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Aberdeen is rocked!
DiM unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Aberdeen wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! DiM celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nich DiM!
Nich DiM decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
