Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Great Boyka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teppo Mansikka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mansikka has chosen Sattuu as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyka tries to clinch there but Mansikka circles away.
Mansikka looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Mansikka takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Boyka darts in and clinches Mansikka up against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Boyka throws an elbow but it misses.
Mansikka fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Boyka wants to break free but Mansikka has control.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Boyka.
Mansikka has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Boyka is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Boyka throws a head punch that misses.
Boyka pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Boyka doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Boyka breaks the clinch.
Mansikka avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Mansikka tries to keep at a distance but Boyka has taken the fight into the clinch.
Boyka gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Mansikka.
Great Boyka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Teppo Mansikka.

Boyka throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Mansikka lands a takedown into guard.
Boyka keeping full guard, as Mansikka tries to pass.
Boyka has control of Mansikka's left arm, preventing Mansikka from doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mansikka trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Mansikka stops Boyka from standing up.

Boyka is controlling Mansikka's posture.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Great Boyka.
Boyka tries to clinch up but Mansikka circles away and keeps his distance.
Boyka tries a head kick but it misses.
Boyka throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Boyka lands with a right hand.

Mansikka is rocked!
Boyka cracks Mansikka's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Mansikka slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Boyka can do further damage! This one is done, son!
