Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Saigon The Yard Father (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Enrique Rold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Yard Father comes to the cage accompanied by Saigon - Get Busy. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rold pushes The Yard Father away with a front kick.
Rold fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rold tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but The Yard Father was well out of range. Poor timing from Rold.
Rold lands with a cross.

The Yard Father bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Rold has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

The Yard Father goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Rold has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for The Yard Father but great work by Rold.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
You can see the frustration on Rold's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

That was a close round but I would say that Saigon The Yard Father will probably get the nod.

Rold displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from The Yard Father.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Rold.
The Yard Father dives in and grabs Rold's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rold pushes down on The Yard Father's head and hops out.

Rold lands with an uppercut that bounces The Yard Father off the cage and back into range.

It looks like Saigon The Yard Father has been cut.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Saigon The Yard Father. That's going to take a lot out of him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The Yard Father gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Rold points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. The Yard Father wakes up just in time to hear Rold thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Enrique Rold!
Enrique Rold was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
