The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Svensson jabs Hammer to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Hammer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Svensson tries to avoid it but Hammer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Svensson to the ground. Svensson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
We've been hearing reports that Hammer has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
