Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Eye Land (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Eye Land has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Eye Land!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Frank Shamrock!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Bart Greer and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Land scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Land tries to land a front kick but Shamrock steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Land fakes the leg kick and cracks Shamrock in the body.
Shamrock misses with a takedown attempt - Land sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Shamrock looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That kick from Land tenderised Shamrock's leg. Shamrock is trying to keep his angry face on.
Shamrock looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Shamrock slips a straight right by Land.
Shamrock stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Land.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Land chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Land throws a head kick that misses.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Land.
Shamrock looks winded!
Shamrock shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Land but Land pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Land clinches with his opponent.
Shamrock wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
A bit of stalling here from Land.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Land tries a body shot but Shamrock blocks it.
Land using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Land working aggressively here.
Shamrock blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Land stalling.
Land is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Land breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Land throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shamrock misses with a wild body shot.
Shamrock thows a body shot but no joy.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Land - that will leave a mark!
Shamrock throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Land lands with a thumping leg kick.
Eye Land is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Land lands a big head kick that sends Shamrock tumbling to the mat! Land takes a step backwards and waves Shamrock back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Shamrock is rocked!
A slapping leg kick lands for Land.
Shamrock is still on wobbly legs! Can Land finish him?
Land feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Shamrock's calf.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Land misses the shot to the body.
Land fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Shamrock.
Shamrock on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Good leg kick by Land there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Land fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Shamrock manages to avoid it.
Shamrock walks forward, straight into a front kick from Land.
Shamrock is holding his hands too far apart here. Land throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Shamrock is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Eye Land!
