Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Londinian Byzan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrisio Freire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Byzan comes to the cage accompanied by Duane Eddy - Rebel Rouser. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Byzan showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Freire.
No joy there for Byzan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Freire works over Byzan's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Londinian Byzan has been cut.
Freire throws a hook to the side of Byzan's head but Byzan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Freire tries to bum rush Byzan with a series of wild strikes but Byzan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Freire has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

A very excited looking Londinian Byzan rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
