Menezes scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Sousa Gomes to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Menezes away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Sousa Gomes got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
Sousa Gomes get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Sousa Gomes stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the ropes but Menezes runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
