The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenny throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kenny looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

My spies in EUOLUCAO MMA inform me that Kenny has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kenny makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Jones comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Jones decides to pull guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kenny won't allow Jones to sweep him here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Bobbo Jones's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.



Jones takes the fight into the clinch.
Kenny stalls.
Jackson Kenny seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Kenny gets through Jones's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Kenny blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Jones manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kenny on his heels. He'll look to pass Kenny's guard now, I'm sure.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jones tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kenny smiles and moves away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Bobbo Jones will probably get the nod.

Kenny bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Kenny is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Bobbo Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kenny tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Kenny is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Jones lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Jones uses his free foot to push down on Kenny's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Kenny.
Jones trying to control but Kenny is having none of it.

Jones swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Kenny is now in Jones's guard. A big mistake from Jones there, giving up the dominant position!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jones is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Jackson Kenny comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Kenny has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Jackson Kenny rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
