Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Fabricio Schlemper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramiro Cienfuegos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schlemper's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Black Alien - Tranqüilo. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fabricio Schlemper!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ramiro Cienfuegos!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Edson Gomes and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schlemper changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cienfuegos tries to avoid it but Schlemper manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cienfuegos to the ground. Cienfuegos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Cienfuegos throws a right and a left that Schlemper avoids nicely.
Schlemper throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cienfuegos's waist but Cienfuegos gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Schlemper off to one side.

Schlemper closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Cienfuegos's guard.
Schlemper stays in close to Cienfuegos's body and controls the position.
Cienfuegos is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Cienfuegos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Schlemper. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Schlemper is trying to work for a kimura but Cienfuegos is defending well.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Cienfuegos has eaten all the pies!
Cienfuegos is looking to get back to full guard here but Schlemper has managed to pass to side control instead.

Cienfuegos parries the strikes from Schlemper easily there. Schlemper is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Cienfuegos to escape.
Schlemper has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Cienfuegos tries to bench press Schlemper off him but Schlemper keeps the position.
Cienfuegos is letting Schlemper control him for a moment.
Schlemper really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Cienfuegos is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Schlemper is controlling him well.

A lull in the action here.
Schlemper has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Cienfuegos's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Schlemper stands up from mount. Strange move.
Schlemper shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fabricio Schlemper. That's going to take a lot out of him.
