The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karlsson darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Karlsson lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Dr Schultz has been cut.
Karlsson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Schultz throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Schultz tries to land a leg kick but Karlsson saw it coming and moves away.

Schultz doesn't manage to clinch there - Karlsson circles away.

Karlsson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Schultz manages to avoid it.
Schultz works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
It looks like Svend Karlsson has been cut.
Schultz lands a left and a right that send Karlsson crashing to the mat, dazed. Schultz thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Dr Schultz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Karlsson takes a swing at Schultz's ribcage but misses.

Karlsson throws a hook to the side of Schultz's head but Schultz sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nice uppercut lands for Schultz. That snapped Karlsson's head back.

Schultz tries to throw a body punch but Karlsson avoids it by throwing Schultz back against the cage.

Schultz struggles to land a body shot inside as Karlsson controls his hands.

Schultz lands a big head kick that sends Karlsson tumbling to the mat! Schultz takes a step backwards and waves Karlsson back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Karlsson is rocked!
Karlsson misses with a straight left.
Oh Karlsson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Schultz scores with a leg kick.
Karlsson wants to stay close but Schultz steps back to make room for something. Karlsson seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Schultz and Karlsson drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Dr Schultz!
Our winner, Dr Schultz, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
