The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Hoffman.
Toney misses with a wild body shot.
Toney displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Hoffman throws a poor cross that misses
and Toney counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nice uppercut lands for Toney. That snapped Hoffman's head back.
Toney misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hoffman looks to score with a jab to the body but Toney is just out of range.
Hoffman moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hoffman lands with a hook. Toney tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

It looks like Angel Toney has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Toney doesn't manage to clinch there - Hoffman circles away.
Toney walks into a straight right hand from Hoffman.

Hoffman feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Toney sprawling to the canvas! Toney rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hoffman finish him?!

Toney is rocked!
Hoffman slips a jab from Toney.
Oh Toney is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hoffman throws a big shot that misses.
Toney chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hoffman can pounce on him.
Toney jabs Hoffman to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Hoffman scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Hoffman turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Toney seems to have got his legs back now.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Toney is defended easily by Hoffman.
Toney tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hoffman swats him away and circles back towards the center.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Toney will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Hoffman works Toney's body with a nice hook.

The fighters circle momentarily. Hoffman darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Hoffman scores with a hook to the body. Toney takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Hoffman throws a monster overhand right that drops Toney! Hoffman follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
