Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Craig Pillman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and AndersonFedor StPierreDiaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). StPierreDiaz has chosen Big L - Put it on as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
StPierreDiaz closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pillman circles away.

StPierreDiaz gets caught flat footed, as Pillman shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Pillman wants to stand but StPierreDiaz has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

StPierreDiaz looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

StPierreDiaz is looking for a triangle but Pillman pushes his legs off easily.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Pillman scores a takedown into full mount!
Pillman lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Pillman landing strikes from the mount and StPierreDiaz is in trouble!
StPierreDiaz regains half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pillman wants to pass to mount but StPierreDiaz is defending the position.
Well, if Pillman is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Pillman seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but StPierreDiaz does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

StPierreDiaz is looking for a sweep. Pillman is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
StPierreDiaz is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Pillman will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Pillman is tying to control. StPierreDiaz wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Pillman thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

StPierreDiaz makes his way to full guard. A much better position for StPierreDiaz.

StPierreDiaz had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Pillman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. StPierreDiaz Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Pillman's back instead.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

StPierreDiaz is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Pillman has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but StPierreDiaz has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Pillman taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. StPierreDiaz doesn't care though - he's delighted!
