The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garver throws a low kick but it's checked well by Joikhaaja.
Joikhaaja tries to close the distance and clinch up but Garver swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Joikhaaja fails to land the takedown.
Joikhaaja shoots in for a double leg but Garver sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Joikhaaja uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Garver.
Garver slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Joikhaaja fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Garver avoids it really well and circles away.
Daniel Garver has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Morten Joikhaaja.

Garver lands a head kick. Joikhaaja smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Joikhaaja shoots for a takedown but Garver saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Garver throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Joikhaaja is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
