Gracie comes into the arena with r this town i 101 blaring out of the sound system. Lagoc Ii has chosen Here Comes The Boom as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Lagoc Ii has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Gracie ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gracie no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Lagoc Ii wants to stand and escape but instead Gracie has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Lagoc Ii bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Gracie's guard.
Gracie manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lagoc Ii manages to get himself to full guard.

Gracie creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Lagoc Ii sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Gracie lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Lagoc Ii is looking to regain half guard here but Gracie keeps moving and retains side control.

Lagoc Ii wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Gracie has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Lagoc Ii's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Lagoc Ii is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Gracie!

After the fight, Asshole Gracie was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
