The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Li throws a chopping leg kick but La Ahad manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Li darts in and clinches La Ahad up against the cage.

La Ahad is trying to force a seperation but Li has the dominant position.
Li lands a right hand that snaps the head of La Ahad backwards.
We've been informed that La Ahad has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Li keeps control of La Ahad as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

La Ahad is looking to control Li's arms but Li gets an underhook and turns him. Now La Ahad has his back to the cage.

La Ahad is trying to break the clinch but Li is controlling him.
