Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Abdula Hazam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Nurray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hazam comes into the arena with THE RIDE OF THE VALKYRIES fantastic classic orchestral theme by Wagner blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hazam tries a head kick but it misses.

Nurray looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Nurray postures up.

Hazam is looking for a triangle but Nurray pushes his legs off easily.
Nurray tries to free his leg and advance position but Hazam is retaining full guard.

Hazam had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Nurray is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Hazam Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Nurray's back instead.
Hazam keeps control of the position as Nurray tries to break free.

Hazam has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Nurray has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Nurray wants to escape the position.
Nurray turns into Hazam and is now in his guard.

Hazam is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Hazam is breathing heavily.

Nurray drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Nurray jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Nurray is working Hazam over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Nurray thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hazam is trying to control the position but Nurray postures up.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Nurray sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hazam's guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Nurray is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nurray is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hazam doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nurray.

Nurray is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hazam is just riding it out for now. Nurray eventually gives up the hold.

Hazam is pressing down on Nurray's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Nurray is pushing down on Hazam's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hazam is fighting to maintain full guard but Nurray has managed to sneak the leg through.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Hazam is looking for a sweep. Nurray is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Nurray is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Hazam is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
