The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
slapnuts throws a head kick but DingaLing moves out of range.
slapnuts tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but DingaLing swivels and escapes.
DingaLing is looking to clinch.
slapnuts tries a head kick but it misses.
No luck for slapnuts with that takedown attempt.
DingaLing doesn't manage to clinch there - slapnuts circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
DingaLing tries to close the distance and clinch but slapnuts swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

DingaLing is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
DingaLing fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
slapnuts looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
DingaLing shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts slapnuts as he jumps to the side.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
DingaLing tries to clinch there but slapnuts circles away.
DingaLing has a takedown stuffed.
jabronee slapnuts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of King DingaLing.
DingaLing keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

DingaLing pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
slapnuts lands with a nice body punch.
DingaLing tries to close the distance and clinch up but slapnuts swats him away and circles back towards the center.
slapnuts takes a swing at DingaLing's ribcage but misses.
DingaLing shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says slapnuts as he avoids it easily.
DingaLing looks gassed!

DingaLing tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but slapnuts paws at him with a jab and circles away.
slapnuts misses with the combination.
slapnuts throws a head kick that misses.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
slapnuts cracks a nice hook into DingaLing's ribs.
slapnuts ducks down and throws a hook to the body but DingaLing moves away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and slapnuts cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
slapnuts throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
DingaLing is breathing heavily.
DingaLing tries to clinch
and slapnuts counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

slapnuts shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and DingaLing counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

slapnuts is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but DingaLing pulls his head out easily.
slapnuts makes his way to full guard. A much better position for slapnuts.

slapnuts is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but DingaLing frees his head nicely. Oh but slapnuts has switched to an armbar! DingaLing is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
