Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dick Grayson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grimlock Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grayson comes into the arena with To the Batmobile blaring out of the sound system. Jones is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Wu Tang Clan - Method Man. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Grimlock Jones enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones moves into the clinch.
Grayson tries to break the clinch but Jones is controlling the position.
Grayson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Jones pushes Grayson back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Grayson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Jones just stands there and leans against the cage.
Grayson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Grayson fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Jones had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Grayson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Jones Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Grayson's back instead.
Jones is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Grayson. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.

Jones is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Grayson is defending well though. Jones let's go of the attempt for now.

Jones has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Grayson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Jones is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Grayson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Grayson's back!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones is trying to stick to Grayson's back but Grayson is turning into Jones. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Jones's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Grayson.

Jones cracks Grayson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Jones is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Jones extends the arm and Grayson is forced to tap!
