Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wolf West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Morozov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ivan Morozov!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Chris Dean and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morozov bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
West manages to work his way to half guard, despite Morozov's best efforts.
Morozov prevents West from improving his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
West is concentrating on defense, preventing Morozov from advancing position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
West tries to roll over but Morozov keeps him under control.
West might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
West pushes Morozov off looking to stand but Morozov dives back in and keeps control.
Morozov throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
West is positioning himself well to prevent Morozov advancing to mount.
West is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

West is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Morozov scores with a couple of nice shots.
Morozov is working for a kimura but West is defending it quite comfortably.
Morozov throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

West wants to get back to full guard.
West on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if West tries to get out of the position.
West controlling the position for now.
Morozov throwing shots but West is blocking nicely.
West is looking for a sweep. Morozov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Morozov is working for a kimura but West is defending it quite comfortably.
West avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Morozov.

West wants to control but Morozov is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Morozov thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed West's head.
West controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Morozov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Wolf West just wasn't active enough.
Morozov takes a body punch but keeps moving.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Morozov is defended easily by West.
Ivan Morozov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
West cracks Morozov with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

West stuffs the takedown.

and West counters with a left and a right that stings Morozov.
Wolf West has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivan Morozov.
West drops Morozov with a beautiful combination! Morozov stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - West is looking for the KO!
Morozov is rocked!
It looks like Ivan Morozov has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
West clinches up with Morozov and pushes him back against the cage.
Morozov is still on wobbly legs! Can West finish him?
West creates a bit of distance and unloads a huge uppercut that knocks Morozov out cold! The ref dives in to break up the two fighters! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Wolf West!
Post fight, an emotional Wolf West said 'Fuck with the WEST get your ass laid to REST '.
In defeat, Ivan Morozov stepped up to the mic, saying 'NEED re-match!!!'.
