Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seymore Taps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tommy Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Seymore Taps! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Taps feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Brown is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Taps tries to free his leg and advance position but Brown is retaining full guard. Brown wants to stand and escape but Taps is having none of it. Taps drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Taps jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Taps thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Taps wants to pass the guard but Brown is keeping the position. Brown wants to get back to his feet but Taps is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Taps looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Brown with a jab. Brown swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Brown lands with a thumping leg kick.
Taps looks gassed! Brown will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Brown throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Taps stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Nice cross by Brown.
Taps is rocked! Brown lands a huge takedown. Taps is out but the ref is slow to react and Brown lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Taps lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tommy Brown!
