Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Winston Alpacca and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doido fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Doido dives in and grabs Luffy's left leg, looking for a takedown. Luffy pushes down on Doido's head and hops out.
Luffy scores with a spinning back kick!
Luffy scores with a nice body kick.
Doido throws a nice looking combination but Luffy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Luffy lands a nice leg kick that just misses Doido's sensitive parts.
Luffy keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for El Loko Doido. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Crunch! Luffy slams his shin into Doido's torso.
Luffy buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Doido has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Evil Emp-HEAD HUNTERS FIGHTCLUB ELITE4CHEAP//19COA in the buildup to the fight.
Luffy displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Doido.
Luffy stalks Doido and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Doido's face. Doido staggers backwards, shaken.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Luffy lands with a nice combination. Doido backs away looking to recover.
Doido is rocked!
Luffy fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Doido looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Doido is breathing heavily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Doido.
Luffy connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Luffy lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
El Loko Doido seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Luffy's corner calls for a 1-2. Luffy obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Luffy lands a big head kick that sends Doido tumbling to the mat! Luffy takes a step backwards and waves Doido back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Oh Doido is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Doido takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Doido drops his hands for a split second and Luffy immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Doido face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Luffy follows up with a right hand that knocks Doido into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Monkey D Luffy!
