The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mabuva takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Marshall tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mabuva swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mabuva connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Tyron Marshall has been cut.
Marshall moves in looking to clinch but Mabuva pushes him off.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Mabuva checks a leg kick.
Marshall throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Nice takedown defense from Mabuva. No joy for Marshall on that attempt.
No joy there for Mabuva, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Mabuva feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Marshall sprawling to the canvas! Marshall rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Mabuva finish him?!

Marshall is rocked!
Mabuva's coach down at VENDETTA Elite Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Mabuva's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mabuva fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Marshall out cold! Brutal finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Cedric Mabuva!
A relieved looking Cedric Mabuva thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
