Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dion Devlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ash Thomas Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Devlin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Devlin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Devlin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Thomas Jr.
Thomas Jr lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Devlin checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Devlin jabs Thomas Jr to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Thomas Jr dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Devlin. That did some damage!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Devlin crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Thomas Jr - the referee stops the clock and Devlin gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Thomas Jr. Devlin manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Devlin.

Devlin swings wildly with an uppercut but Thomas Jr uses good head movement to avoid it.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Dion Devlin will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Devlin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Thomas Jr manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Thomas Jr lands a really nice looking cross but Devlin seems unphased.
Thomas Jr has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Devlin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Thomas Jr was well out of range. Poor timing from Devlin.

Whack! Thomas Jr lands a heavy head kick that drops Devlin. The ref tackles Thomas Jr to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Devlin was done.
