Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Christopher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bo Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bryan Christopher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bo Scott!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Christopher gets caught flat footed, as Scott shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Scott slips nicely into half guard.
Christopher is trying to maintain the position but Scott is very close to passing his half guard.

Scott wants to work for an arm triangle but Christopher is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Scott wants to pass to mount but Christopher is defending the position.
Scott throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Christopher won't allow Scott to pass to mount.

Scott is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Christopher is just riding it out for now. Scott eventually gives up the hold.
Scott trying to pass the guard but Christopher defending well.

Scott looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Scott wants to pass to mount but Christopher is defending the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Scott is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Christopher doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Scott.
Scott stops Christopher from getting back to his feet.
Scott throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Scott seems to be looking for submissions.

Scott wants to pass to mount but Christopher is defending the position.
Scott has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Christopher defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Scott.
Scott throws some wild stikes that Christopher manages to avoid easily.
Christopher knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Scott on the ground.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Scott wants to finish this one by submission but Christopher is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Scott.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Scott jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Christopher manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Scott looks gassed!
Christopher takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Christopher is trying to buck Scott off.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Scott is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Christopher has escaped the position, nice work there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bo Scott dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!

Christopher throws a series of punches but Scott moves out of range.
Scott throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Christopher counters with an inside leg kick.
Scott tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Christopher swivels and escapes.
Scott slips a jab and a cross from Christopher.
Scott shoots in for a double leg but Christopher sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Christopher lands a nice leg kick that just misses Scott's sensitive parts.
A chopping leg kick lands by Christopher.
Christopher thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Scott if he has to take too many more of those.
Christopher misses with a jab, cross combination.
Christopher buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Christopher throws a leg kick but Scott sees it coming and moves out of range.
No joy there for Christopher, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A left and a right from Christopher both land. Nice combination.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Christopher tries to score with a low kick but Scott moves his leg out of the way.

Scott shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Christopher's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Scott has gone for a leg lock! Christopher slips out almost immediately though and dives into Scott's guard.

Christopher wants to control from the top but Scott keeps moving.
Scott is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Scott is trying to control the action in half guard but Christopher is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Scott is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Scott has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Christopher defend it? Scott steps over the head and cranks it - Christopher is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Scott!
