The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McMurray looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Pylkkanen has his foot on McMurray's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. McMurray works his way back into a safe position though.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Pylkkanen looking to sit in guard and control but McMurray gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
McMurray slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

McMurray is nestled in close to Pylkkanen, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
