Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
20 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryan Sonnen!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Augustus misses with a jab, cross combination.
Augustus goes for a double leg but Sonnen avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sonnen continues to drive forward.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Sonnen.
Augustus misses with a punch on the inside.
Sonnen manages to break the clinch.
Augustus throws a poor cross that misses
and Sonnen counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Caeser Augustus has been cut.
Sonnen connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Caeser Augustus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Augustus throws a right hand that Sonnen ducks under and follows up with a left that Sonnen also avoids with ease.
Augustus throws a series of punches but Sonnen moves out of range.
A shot to the liver by Sonnen. Beautiful body shot.

and Sonnen counters with a stiff right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Augustus tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sonnen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Sonnen lands a nice shot to the body.
Augustus tries to clinch but Sonnen moves away
and Sonnen counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Augustus misses with an uppercut.
A left lands for Sonnen.
Augustus is rocked!
Sonnen ducks under a wild hook from Augustus.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Augustus looks up at the clock. Bad move! Sonnen lands a right hand from hell, dropping Augustus. Sonnen pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ryan Sonnen!
