The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Uy drops Ardona with a right and a left! Uy comes rushing in but Ardona regains his composure and manages to keep Uy in guard.

It looks like Mirko Raymore Ardona has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Uy tries to bum rush Ardona with a series of wild strikes but Ardona uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Uy moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Ardona pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Uy back to the cage. Ardona follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Ardona rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Uy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Uy gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Uy is still on wobbly legs! Can Ardona finish him?
Uy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Uy switches off momentarily and Ardona cracks him with a monster right hand! Uy topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Ardona dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Ardona!
