Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tony Frank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jurgen Kohler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frank comes into the arena with Ball Game blaring out of the sound system. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tony Frank!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jurgen Kohler!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kohler closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Frank looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Frank throws a big right hand that misses.
Frank stops Kohler from standing up.
Frank tries to free his leg and advance position but Kohler is retaining full guard.
Frank advances position into side control!
The ground and pound from Frank seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Kohler has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
Kohler takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Frank throwing strikes but Kohler manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
Kohler in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kohler thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Frank is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Kohler has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Kohler creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Frank is pushing Kohler's head away, looking to escape. Kohler manages to hold on to the position though.
Frank trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Kohler tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Kohler is putting a hurting on Frank here, landing some big shots from side control.
Kohler cracks Frank with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Frank throws an elbow that doesn't really do any damage.
Oh Frank is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Frank wants to get back to his feet but Kohler drags him back down.
Kohler in side control lands a decent elbow.
Kohler has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Kohler scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Frank is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Kohler can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
