Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mo Dough (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Weapon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dough defending well as Weapon loads up on a big left hand.
Dough shoots and misses
and Weapon counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Dough misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Dough tries to score a power double leg takedown but Weapon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dough somewhat.

Mo Dough seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dough throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

It looks like Mo Dough has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A clash of legs there as Weapon blocks the low kick.

Dough shoots in and drives through. Weapon sprawls well.

Dough scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Weapon preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Weapon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Dough is working for a submission of some sort.

Dough looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dough stops Weapon from getting back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but The Weapon will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Dough fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Weapon avoids it really well and circles away.
Dough shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Weapon sprawls well. Weapon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dough gets slowly back to his feet.
Weapon throws a leg kick but Dough checks it.
Dough goes for a double leg but Weapon avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Weapon continues to drive forward.

Weapon breaks from the clinch.
The Weapon seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Dough changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Weapon tries to avoid it but Dough manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Weapon to the ground. Weapon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Weapon is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dough is defended easily by Weapon.

Dough shoots in and drives through. Weapon sprawls well.
Weapon slaps away a takedown attempt from Dough, before circling back to the center of the mat.

and Dough takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Dough misses with a hook. Weapon ducked under it nicely.
Dough tries to close the distance and clinch up but Weapon swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dough shoots in but Weapon avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Dough throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Weapon's waist but Weapon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dough off to one side.
Nice sprawl there from Weapon as Dough shoots in.
Dough tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Weapon defends well and Dough ends up having to push Weapon into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Dough tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Weapon just stands there and leans against the cage.

Weapon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dough fails with a takedown attempt.
Dough shoots for a double leg takedown but Weapon sprawls well. He's pushed Dough's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Weapon cracks Dough with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Dough looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Weapon finish him?

Dough is rocked!

Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Weapon moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Dough! Weapon continues to tee off on Dough, landing with a left and a right! Weapon connects with a right hand that leaves Dough sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Weapon!
