Kennison comes into the arena with Snot- Stoopid blaring out of the sound system. Harry Slater has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Karl Kennison's chin.

With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Harry Slater!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slater scores with a jab. Kennison acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Kennison is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Karl Kennison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kennison is looking to clinch but Slater is avoiding it.
Kennison throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Slater sees it coming and avoids it easily.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Slater has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
