PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Don Appleberry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy HugoBoss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Don Appleberry had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 266.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
HugoBoss walks forward, straight into a front kick from Appleberry.
HugoBoss looks winded!
Appleberry turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Appleberry lands a head kick that bluckles HugoBoss and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Appleberry no doubt looking to push for a finish!

It looks like Andy HugoBoss has been cut.
Appleberry scores with a nice body kick.
Appleberry lands a nice hook to HugoBoss's body. HugoBoss takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
A nice inside leg kick there by Appleberry. That's going to slow HugoBoss down.
Appleberry weaves into range and cracks HugoBoss right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! HugoBoss goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Appleberry is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

Our winner, Don Appleberry, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
