Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Simon Horn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and HoYoung Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Horn comes to the cage accompanied by White Buffalo- Matador. Simon Horn had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horn cracks the inside of Kim's front leg.
Kim looks for a takedown but Horn sprawls well.
Horn fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kim has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
We've been told by Horn's head coaches at Cozad The Island that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Horn connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Horn misses with a wild combination.
Kim walks into a stiff left hand from Horn.
Horn scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Horn lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Both fighters circling a little - Horn finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Horn feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kim's calf.
Horn lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Horn.

Kim's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
A decent looking cross lands there for Horn.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Horn.
Both fighters circling a little - Horn finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Horn stuns Kim with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Crunch! Horn slams his shin into Kim's torso.

A punch lands to the side of Kim 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Kim tries to move into range but Horn moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Horn buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Kim might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Horn has got the better of the exchanges.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kim walks forward, straight into a front kick from Horn.
Horn is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kim can do to turn this around?

Horn moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Kim has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Horn fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kim.

Horn stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Kim doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Horn connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Horn throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Horn throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kim.

Simon Horn is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
