Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jefferson Askham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Milos Petrasek!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksandr Martynov and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Petrasek moves into the clinch successfully.
Askham is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Askham prevents a takedown attempt there.
Askham is trying to maintain a safe position but Petrasek gets an underhook and turns Askham into the cage.

Askham breaks from the clinch.
Petrasek tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Petrasek closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Askham did well to prevent Petrasek getting side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Petrasek with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Petrasek has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Askham is trying to escape the mount.
Askham knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Petrasek on the ground.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Petrasek controlling the position easily from mount.

Petrasek is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Askham is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Askham flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Petrasek anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Askham and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Petrasek slips an arm under Askham chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Petrasek has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Petrasek is squeezing on Askham like an anaconda would it's prey. Askham fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Milos Petrasek!
