Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Roach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hung Nguyen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hung Nguyen is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hung Nguyen!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Ron Honeybunn and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roach tries to close the distance and clinch but Nguyen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nguyen connects with a right hand. Roach shakes it off.
Nguyen scores with a decent looking hook.
Nguyen connects with a body shot.
Roach takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Roach tries to clinch but Nguyen is having none of it.
Nguyen avoids the body shot from Roach.
Roach showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nguyen.
Roach misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Nguyen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Roach is rocked!
Nguyen fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Oh Roach is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Roach shoots in but Nguyen avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nguyen connects with a combination that backs up Roach into the cage. Nguyen lands a flurry of punches that gets past Roach's guard. Roach is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Nguyen bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hung Nguyen!
