Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wally Lara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taco Bell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Bell stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lara swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lara could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Bell throws an elbow that misses. Lara uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bell's guard. Nice move by Lara!
Bell wants to stand up but Lara is controlling him.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lara accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Lara stands up over Bell, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Lara wants to stand but Bell has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Bell utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Bell wants to get back to his feet but Lara is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Lara postures up in Bell's guard and throws a big left but Bell blocks it.
Bell manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lara manages to get himself to full guard.

Lara is looking for a triangle but Bell pushes his legs off easily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bell working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
