Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Milner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ara Givi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Milner comes into the arena with Right Here, Right Now - Fat Boy Slim blaring out of the sound system. Ara Givi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ara Givi!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Taro Takaoka and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Givi.
Givi throws a head kick but Milner moves out of range.
Givi will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Milner blocks a head kick by Givi.
Milner shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Givi's guard.
Givi is looking for a triangle but Milner pushes his legs off easily.
Givi pulls Milner in close to prevent any damage.
Givi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Milner can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Givi preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Givi is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Milner is aware though and is defending well.
Our spies down at at Finch Farm inform us that Givi has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Milner is looking to stand up but Givi won't let him.
Milner could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Givi utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Givi keeping moving, preventing Milner from controlling successfully.
Givi has his foot on Milner's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Milner works his way back into a safe position though.
Givi is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Milner rolls with it to try and escape but Givi cranks on the arm and Milner is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
