The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mageramsky needs to keep his hands up - Marx had a free shot at his head there.
Marx slips a jab from Mageramsky.
Marx defending well as Mageramsky loads up on a big left hand.
Marx seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Mageramsky gets the takedown into side control.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Marx is looking to regain half guard here but Mageramsky keeps moving and retains side control.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mageramsky accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Marx working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mageramsky doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mageramsky manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Mageramsky is looking to pass into half guard but Marx pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Marx is in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Marx sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Mageramsky's guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Marx thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Mageramsky's head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marx is looking to advance position but Mageramsky won't allow it.
Marx is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mageramsky doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Marx.

Marx maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Mageramsky could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Marx has cracked it and Mageramsky is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Marx!

A relieved looking Mordechai Marx thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
