The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punter tries to close the distance and clinch up but Animai swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Animai misses with a straight right.
Animai lands with an overhand left.

It looks like Chris Punter has been cut.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Punter blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Animai swings wildly with an uppercut but Punter uses good head movement to avoid it.
A short right from Animai.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Animai throws a head punch that misses.
Animai tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Animai pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Punter has taken the fight to the clinch.

Animai breaks the clinch.
Animai darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Punter looks for a takedown but Animai sprawls well.
Animai throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Punter sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Animai drops Punter with a big left hand! Punter is injured, injured bad! Animai jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Keimah Animai!
A relieved looking Keimah Animai thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
