Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Micheangelo Fripello and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Jones or perhaps it was just good defense by Lopez which made him look bad.
Jones throws a wild body kick that Lopez sees coming a mile off.
Lopez closes the distance looking to clinch
and Jones counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lopez thinking.
Jones has his takedown stuffed
and Jones takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Lopez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Jones counters with a crisp one two that drops Lopez! Jones thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Lopez to his feet! Lopez is in big trouble!

Oh Lopez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jones has had enough of the clinch but Lopez keeps him there for the moment.

I would just about give that final round to James Jones.
Well Jones has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
